It is also possible to obtain a one off policy, but you may find that this option is not very cost effective. ELECTRICITY If you require access to electricity, please ensure you have stated so on the Application Form and speak to the Market Manager prior to connecting your equipment. This is reserved for Hot Food traders only. If you require lights you may bring battery operated. TOILETS Traders and Public may use the toilets in any of the Cafes and pubs (when open) in the High Street and Town Street. RUBBISH We request that you keep your stall clean and tidy of all rubbish. This event has been set up and organised by a small group of volunteers who will be responsible for the clean up after the event. You must not place any waste in the Market Place, Town Street, High Street bins or commercial bins. The pitch must be left as found and all rubbish removed from site. PARKING & VEHICLE ACCESS Please ensure you arrive at the time requested, as you can imagine, 35+ traders all wanting to unload their vehicles in a very short time frame could become hectic so we appreciate your support with helping us make this as seamless as possible. There will be Stewards available on the day to help you if required and point you in the right direction. Once unloaded parking for traders will be in the Mendip District Council (SHAPE) car park, to ensure public car parks are left available for customers. TIMINGS FOR THE DAY
